How this website handles information about you. Last reviewed October 2026.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no tracking pixels and no advertising. The only personal information it collects is what you choose to type into the notice form: your name, email address, firm or organization, the county, the notice type, and the notice text or details you send. Notice text often contains other people’s names (a decedent, a defendant, a petitioner); we treat it as confidential matter information until it is published as the law requires.
How a form submission travels
The form is delivered through a message-relay service operated for Inenvi, Inc.’s websites. The relay checks the submission, rejects obvious spam, and forwards it to the people who quote and place notices. Submissions are kept as long as needed to publish the notice, deliver the affidavit, and keep a record of the job.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam check that runs in your browser. Turnstile may process technical details about your browser and connection to decide whether a submission is automated; Cloudflare describes what it collects in its own privacy policy.
What we do with it
We use what you send to quote, schedule and publish your notice and to deliver the proof of publication. The notice text itself goes to the newspaper that prints it, which is the purpose of the service. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with marketers.
Server records
Like every website, the server that delivers these pages keeps standard access logs (the page requested, the time, the network address and browser type of the request). The site sits behind Cloudflare, which keeps similar logs to serve and protect it. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are not combined with form submissions to build profiles.
Cookies
The pages themselves set no cookies. The Turnstile anti-spam widget on the notice form may set a cookie of its own while it runs its check.
Links to other sites
Pages here link to affiliated companies and to the published Nevada statutes and court rules. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your choices and questions
If you would like a copy of what you sent us, or want it deleted once your matter is complete, ask through the notice form and we will take care of it. Questions about this policy go to the same place.
